Mr. Sayan Banerjee ... for the petitioner Mr. D. N. Shafiul Alam Ms. Biddya Das ... for the respondent nos.12 & 13

Records reveal that when the matter last appeared for hearing on 23rd July, 2026, Mr. Ghosh, learned advocate appearing for the respondent nos.7 to 9 submitted, upon instruction, that approximately 60% of the demolition work has already been completed. Today Mr. Ghosh, upon instruction, informs this court that the unauthorized portions of the buildings have already been demolished, only the debries are lying at the site and the same will also be removed within a period of 3 weeks from date. In view of such submission and as the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed, no further order is required to be passed in the present petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.
