The following typographical errors have been pointed out in the order dated 5th August, 2026 passed in the above writ petitions:
(i) in the first line of the order, the word ‘four’ has been inserted in place and stead of the word ‘five’;

(ii) in the first line of the second page of the order, the year has been inserted as ‘2014’ in place and stead of ‘2024’;
(iii) in the third line of the second page of the order, the year has been inserted as ‘2014’ in place and stead of ‘2024’;
(iv) in the third line from the bottom at internal page no.3 of the order, the year has been inserted as ‘2024’ in place and stead of ‘2014’. Office is directed to effect necessary corrections in the order dated 5th August, 2026. The remaining portion of the order shall remain unaltered.
