1. This MA has been filed by applicant FI (IARC Pvt. Ltd.) praying therein to modify the final order dated 06.01.2018 and Recovery Certificate No.37/2018 in the manner as indicated in para No.3 and to issue amended/corrected Recovery Certificate to the Ld. Recovery office of DRT-I, Delhi for execution.
2. It is stated in the MA that this Tribunal vide order dated 06.01.2018 allowed the OA No.166/2001 under Section 19 of the RDDB&FI Act, 1993, and issued a certificate of recovery bearing number 37 of 2018 alongwith the final order for payment to the Ld. Recovery Officer of DRT-I, Delhi for execution of the Recovery Certificate and for recovery of the amount specified in the Recovery Certificate.
3. It is stated that a minor clerical error has crept in the memo of parties in the final order dated 06.01.2018 and the RC which has crept is indicated as under:- Description of Defendant No.9 in final order and in RC

4. Thus, it is stated that the same may be corrected and issue amended/corrected Recovery Certificate.
5. Having considered the submission made by the applicant FI and also gone through the record of OA.
6. Admittedly, this is a typographical error and same may be corrected. The Registry of this Tribunal is hereby directed to amend the Description of Defendant No.9 in final order dated 06.01.2018 in OA No.166/2001 and in RC No.37/2018 by red ink. Copy of this order be also sent to the concerned Recovery Officer of this Tribunal.
7. With the above said directions, this MA stands hereby disposed off.
