In Re: CAN 3 of 2026 Learned advocates for the parties are present. The instant application being CAN 3 of 2026 has been filed by the appellant No.3 for amendment of the name of appellant No.3 is taken up for consideration. Heard learned advocates. Perused the petition filed. It is the contention of the applicant/appellant no.3 that her name may be rectified and corrected as per Aadhaar Card marked as annexure ‘B’ to the application. Thus, the application stands allowed. Let the name of appellant no.3 be rectified and corrected as “Ms. Manisha Devi Saraf” in stead of “Ms. Manisha Sharaff”. Department is directed to carry out the

amendment within two weeks. Accordingly, the application being CAN 3 of 2026 stands disposed of. Upon the amendment being carried out, the compensation amount be disbursed in terms of the earlier order.
