1. It appears from the order dated 22.07.2026 that there is a mistake in the number of WPCRC. The heading containing ‘WPCRC 40 of 2023’ to be read as ‘WPCRC 40 of 2026’. The department shall incorporate necessary correction in the said order.
2. Further, in the 3rd last line of the order dated 22.07.2026 ‘WPCRC
of 2023’ be substituted by ‘WPCRC 40 of 2026’ by the department.
3. All other contents of the order dated 22.07.2026 shall remain unchanged.
4. It is also pointed out that in order dated 18.06.2026 there was the same mistake and accordingly, the heading of the order dated 18.06.2026 be read as ‘WPCRC 40 of 2026’ instead of ‘WPCRC
of 2023’. The department shall incorporate necessary correction in the said order.
5. All other contents in the said order dated 18.06.2026 shall remain unchanged.
