1. Affidavit of compliance filed by the alleged contemnor in Court today is taken on record. A copy of such affidavit of compliance had already been served on the applicant/petitioner.
2. It is submitted on behalf of the applicant/petitioner that after considering the affidavit of compliance filed on behalf of the alleged contemnor, it is found that the order under contempt has been complied with.
3. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, nothing remains to be decided in this contempt proceedings, which arises out of an order dated 11th December, 2024 passed in WPA 18957 of 2024.

4. The contempt proceedings is, therefor, dropped. The contempt application being CPAN 1945 of 2025 is disposed of by recording compliance of the order dated 11th December, 2024 being the order under contempt.
5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
