No one appeared on behalf of the petitioners when the matter was earlier taken up for hearing on 9th April, 2026. Today also no one appears on behalf of the petitioners and no accommodation has been sought for, though Mr. Mazumder, learned AAG for the State and Mr. Thakur, learned advocate for the respondent no.12 are present.
