2 07.05.2026 Ct. No. 11 KCP CPAN 1903 of 2025 (Mallika Kuley Vs. Mr. Asanur Karim & Anr.) in FMA 1214 of 2025
Mr. Sakti Pada Jana …… For the petitioner/applicant Mr. Jayanta Samanta …… For the alleged contemnors
Mr. Samanta, learned advocate appearing for the alleged contemnors submits that during pendency of the present contempt application the order of this Court has been complied with and the transfer application of the petitioner together with relevant papers and NOC of the school authorities have already been sent to the West Bengal Central School Service Commission by a memo dated 22nd April, 2026 so that necessary follow up steps can be taken by the Commission. Let the memo dated 22nd April, 2026, as placed, be kept on record. A copy of the same has been handed over to Mr. Jana, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. As there had been some unintentional delay towards compliance of the order of this Court, Mr. Samanta, on behalf of the alleged contemnors, tenders unqualified apology. In the said conspectus, we are not inclined to proceed with the contempt application any further and the same is, accordingly, disposed of.
