ORDER :
1. At the outset, Shri Kunal Katariya, learned advocate for the appellant submitted that appellant has submitted the reply and hearing in complete. Appellant would be satisfied if the final order is passed by the SEBI.
2. Shri Akash Rebello, learned advocate for the SEBI submitted that the order will be passed within four weeks.
3. Shri Kunal Katariya submitted that the appellant is a merchant banker and is paying salaries to the employees for the last 7 months without any business and prays that an earlier date may be fixed.

4. We direct SEBI to pass final order on or before January 16, 2026.
5. Call on January 19, 2026.
