**IA no./1930/2026** has been filed by the applicant bank for withdrawal of the present TA.
The Ld. Counsel for the applicant bank submits that the applicant bank has settled the matter with the defendants amicably out of the court. The applicant bank has already received the settled amount from the defendants & the loan account is already closed. He further submits that he wish to withdraw the present TA.
In view of the above submission made by the Ld. Counsel for applicant bank, **IA no.1930/2026 is allowed. TA/807/2023 is dismissed as withdrawn.** All the pending IAs stand disposed of.
