Inadvertent error has crept into the order passed on 8th October, 2026. In the second paragraph of the order “the petitioner is an Assistant Teacher of Sayedpur Babhantoli High School” be read as “the petitioner was appointed as an Assistant Teacher in Sayedpur Babhantoli High School and was subsequently transferred to Buraganj Kalkut Singh High School”. The department is directed to incorporate the necessary correction accordingly. This order be treated as part of the order dated 8th October, 2026.
