1. The order dated 07.10.2026 is mentioned for correction.
2. In the last two lines of the cause title of the said order, the expression “read with Section 25/27 of the Arms Act” shall stand deleted.
3. In the fourth line of the sixth paragraph of the second page of the said order, the expression “Sessions Judge, Jalpaiguri” shall stand corrected and be read as “Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jalpaiguri”.
4. Let the aforesaid correction be incorporated in the order dated 07.10.2026.
5. The other parts of the order dated 07.10.2026 shall remain unaltered.
6. All parties are to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.
