1. It is submitted by the counsel for the State that despite an order dated 27th July, 2026, the petitioner has not met the I.O. on 29th July, 2026.
2. In that view of the matter, it appears that the petitioner has no respect or regard for orders of this Court.
3. Accordingly, CRM(A) 537 of 2026 fails and is hereby dismissed. Consequently, CRAN 1 of 2026 is also dismissed.
