1. It is submitted on behalf of the applicant/petitioner that the order under contempt dated 8th May, 2023 passed in WPA 913 of 2023 has been complied with. The authority concerned who was directed to consider the petitioner’s representation has done so and passed a reasoned order.
2. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the contempt proceeding is dropped by recording compliance of the order under contempt.
3. The contempt application is accordingly disposed of.
