1. On the previous date of hearing the case was adjourned for 4 weeks as the learned counsel for the Respondents had submitted that the order under execution is in final stage of implementation.
2. Today. learned counsel for the Respondents has sought for some more time.
3. It appears that the matter is still pending in the Office of the Directorate General of Signals.
4. Thus, we deem it appropriate to direct the ADG Signals (Pers) to file an affidavit regarding the status of the case giving reason for non-implementation of the order under execution.
5. Needful be done within 4 (four) weeks from today.
6. Copy of the order be given dasti to the learned counsel for the respondents on payment of usual charges.
