1. We are informed by the learned advocate for the Sri Vijaya Puram Municipal Council that the impugned order dated 27.07.2026 is an appellable order under clause 32.10 of the Port Blair Municipal Council Building Bye-laws, 1999.
2. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that he will avail the remedy of appeal against the order No.3624 dated 27.07.2006 passed by the Secretary, Municipal Council.
3. In view of such submission, pendency of the writ petition would serve no useful purpose. This writ petition is disposed of enabling the writ petitioner to avail the remedy, in accordance with law. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the matter.
4. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
