1. The application made by the petitioner seeking fresh electricity connection on 29.06.2026 is pending consideration at the end of the Electricity Department.
2. The petitioner prays for a direction upon the respondent authority to consider and dispose of the same.
3. Without entering into the merits of the said application, the instant writ petition stands disposed of by directing the respondent no.3 to consider and dispose of the writ petitioner’s application strictly, in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.
4. If the prayer of the petitioner is allowed, necessary consequential steps shall be taken by the authority without any further delay.
5. The writ petition stands disposed of.
