1. This is an application filed under Section 29(A) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of time for conclusion of the arbitration proceeding.
2. Learned advocates representing both the parties submit that a further period of six months would be required to conclude the proceeding.
3. Upon consideration of the submissions made on behalf of both the parties and on perusal of the documents annexed to this application, the time for concluding the arbitration proceeding stands extended till 31.03.2027.
4. The application being AP/10/2026 stands disposed of.
