The Court : A Terms of Settlement dated 8th October, 2026 signed by the parties and their respective Advocates, duly stamped and punched is filed in Court today which is taken on record. On a perusal of the various clauses of the Terms of Settlement it appears that the compromise entered by and between the parties is lawful. Let there be a decree in terms of the Terms of Settlement by making the same a part of the decree. The suit being IP-COM 9 of 2026 is, accordingly, decreed.
