OD-1 IN THE HIGH COURT AT CALCUTTA TESTAMENTARY AND INSTESTATE JURISDICTION ORIGINAL SIDE PLA/373/2025

IN THE GOODS OF: ANAND JHUNJHUNWALA DECEASED

BEFORE: The Hon'ble JUSTICE PARTHA SARATHI CHATTERJEE Date : 15TH October, 2026.

APPEARANCE: Ms. Iram Hassan, Adv. Ms. Yukti Agarwal, Adv. …for the petitioner

The Court: The matter has been placed in the list at the instance of the petitioner since the typographical error has crept in the order dated 8th October, 2026. It has been rightly pointed out by the petitioner that in the cause title of the said order, in the second line of that order, as well as in the second line and also in the 10th line of the second page of the order, the name of the testator has been erroneously recorded as ‘Anand Jhunjhunwala’ in place and instead of ‘Anand Jhunjhunwalla’. The error is typographically in nature and its correction is ministerial in nature. Accordingly, the office is directed to make necessary correction in the order dated 8th October, 2026. The other portions of the order shall remain unaltered.

(PARTHA SARATHI CHATTERJEE, J.)
