The Court:- Certain inadvertent typographical errors have crept into the judgment dated 24th September, 2026, which are indicated and corrected as under:- The date “06.06.2021” appearing in paragraph 4 of the judgment be corrected to read as “06.06.2011”. The word “Respondents” appearing in the first line of paragraph 12 be corrected to read as “other residence/allotees of the said residential complex”. The rest of the judgment shall remain unaltered.
