Ms. Kishwar Rahman, learned Advocate appearing for the concerned Resolution Professional has filed document showing that due notice has been served upon the jurisdictional NCLT, pursuant to the direction of this Court dated November 11, 2025. In view of the above, EC-COM/514/2025 stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh on the self-same cause of action with the self-same reliefs after curing defects. The original decree appended with the present execution application shall be returned to the decree holder, so that same shall be filed along with the subsequent application, if any. A photocopy of the decree shall be provided to the department before receiving the original decree.
