OD-3 ORDERSHEET INTHEHIGHCOURTATCALCUTTA Civil Appellate Jurisdiction ORIGINAL SIDE APO/9/2026 IN WPO/4/2025 IA NO: GA/1/2026 PRASHANT KUMAR NAG AND ORS. VS THE COAL INDIA LIMITEDAND ORS. BEFORE: The Hon'ble JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD AND The Hon'ble JUSTICE PARTHA PRATIM ROY Date:10.09.2026. Appearance: Mr. P. Ghosh, Adv.; Mr. Debashis Das, Adv. Mr. B. Guin, Adv., …for the appellant Mr. S. Sanyal, Adv.; Ms. M. Roy, Adv.; Mr. A. Sur, Adv., …for the respondents. The Court: Our attention is drawn to the order dated 20.05.2026, passed in MAT/223/2026. Learned Advocates do not dispute that the instant matter is identical to the matter considered by the Court in MAT/223/2026. MAT/223/2026 was disposed of by order dated 20.05.2026. The appeal was disposed of with liberty to the learned Advocate for the writ petitioner to avail the remedies in accordance with law before the learned Single Judge. Therefore, there is no reason for this Court to take a different view in the instant matter. The appeal is accordingly disposed of. The pending application also stands disposed of.

We make it clear that we have not expressed our opinion on the merits of the instant matter. (MADHURESHPRASAD,J.) (PARTHA PRATIM ROY,J.) tk
