The Court: This is a joint petition filed by the parties to the suit. The joint petition stands allowed on the basis of the prayers made therein and there shall be a decree in terms of the Terms of Settlement arrived at by and between the parties Annexure- “C” at page 17 to the said joint petition and the said terms of settlement shall be made part of the decree. Since the suit stands decreed, the department shall draw up and complete the decree expeditiously. CS-COM/62/2024 along with the connected application being IA GA-COM/8/2026 stand disposed of.
