The Court :- An affidavit showing service of the printout of the e-mail in support of compliance of the order passed by the Writ Court is filed by the learned Advocate for the alleged contemnor. The same is kept on record. The learned Advocate for the applicants submits that the order of the Court, for compliance of which the present contempt application was taken out, stands complied. In view of such stand of the learned Advocate for the applicants, nothing survives in the present contempt application. The same is dismissed.
