THE COURT: It appears good senses have prevailed amongst the parties. The matter has been settled with the active intervention of learned Senior Advocates/Advocates representing the parties. The cheques which were made over by the defendants to the plaintiffs towards full and final settlement of the claim of the plaintiffs in the suit have been encashed and the money realised therefrom has been appropriated to satisfy the claim of the plaintiffs in the suit. The parties agree that all issues and claims in this suit are settled and there remains no outstanding issue to be adjudicated. By consent of the parties, the suit is treated as on day’s list and is disposed of by recording full and final settlement of the claims made by the plaintiffs in this suit. CS No. 33 of 2026 is, accordingly, disposed of. All connected applications also stand disposed of without any further order.
