1. Learned Advocate for the writ petitioner/appellant points out inadvertent typographical error occurring in the Court’s order dated 20.08.2026, wherein the case number in 5th paragraph of page 2 and 1st paragraph of page has been wrongly mentioned as
APOT/20502025 instead of “APOT/205/2025”. The mistake is obvious from the records.
2. We, therefore, direct that the case number in the 5th paragraph of page 2 and 1st paragraph of page 3 be read as APOT/205/2025. The order stands modified to this limited extent.
