DEWESH AUTO CREATIVE SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED VS. SUBRATA SEN
BEFORE: The Hon’ble JUSTICE ARINDAM MUKHERJEE Date: 31st July, 2026.
The Court : No one appears on behalf of the plaintiff even at the second call. No adjournment is prayed for. No one has also applied to represent the plaintiff through virtual mode. The suit appeared in the monthly list of April 2026 published on 6th April, 2026 before this Bench after the same was put in the warning list. On 10th April, 2026 when the suit was taken up, no one appeared on behalf of the plaintiff and, as such, the suit was adjourned and directed to appear in the monthly list of July 2026. No one has also appeared even when the suit was called on prior to this date as the same has been appearing in the monthly list of July 2026. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is apparent that the plaintiff is no more interested to proceed with the suit. The suit is, therefore, dismissed.
