The Court: Learned Counsel for the award-holders states that the arbitration proceedings wherein a sole Arbitrator was unilaterally appointed to adjudicate the disputes between the parties, have since been withdrawn. In view the same, the present petition has become infructuous. Learned Counsel for the award-holder accordingly seeks to withdraw the present petition. In view of the same, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is granted to the learned Counsel for the award-debtor to file the vakalatnama before the department within a period of one week.
