The Ld counsel for the applicant bank submits that during the pendency of the present rA, the Applicant has sanctioned further loan of Rs. 347.67 crores to the Defendant No. 1. It is submitted that the dues involved in the present TA has been deducted from the fufther loan sanctioned by the Applicant. That thereafter, the on 29.08.2024, the Applicant has issued no dues certificate in favour of the Defendant No. 1. He further submits that he wish to withdraw the present TA. In view of above submission, rA no.77.9lzo2s is allowed. TA L32U2o22 is dismissed as withdrawn. All the pending IAs stand disposed of. File be consigned to record room.
