3. The Ld. Counsel for the applicant bank submits that the dues of the applicant have already been settled vide oTS letter bearing ref. no. BoI/PNS IADV:IOLL dated 01.06.2021 for a sum of Rs.17,00,000.00/- and the same has already been deposited by the respondent with the applicant bank in terms of OTS' He further submits that he wish to withdraw the present TA.
