Debts Recovery Tribunal-Il, Delhi TA 162712024 CENTRAL BANK OF INDIA Vs M/S MAHARAIA ARTS LTD. & ORS 26.06.202s Item no. 11 Present Ms. Akriti Gautam, counsel for applicant bank. None for defendants. Matter is taken through Video Conferencingl Hybrid Mode.
2. IA/affidavit no.264412025 has been filed by the applicant bank for withdrawal of the present TA.
3. The Ld. Counsel for the applicant bank submitted that, at the request of the defendant, the applicant bank agreed to a compromise settlement of the outstanding dues, whereby a sum of Rs. 2.30 Crores was accepted in the account of M/s Maharaja Arts Ltd. & Maharaja Art Place (P) Ltd. It is further submitted that the terms of the settlement have been duly complied with, and the account of M/s Maharaja Arts Ltd. now stands settled in the records of the applicant bank. Therefore, the Ld. Counsel for the applicant bank wishes to withdraw of the present matter.
