ORDER
17.06.2016 Heard Dr. Gobind Lal, learned Counsel for the applicant.
2. The O.A. is admitted for hearing.
3. Since Mr. C.Barua, learned Central Govt. Standing Counsel, assisted by Major Dibakar Chandra, OFFG OIC, AFT Cell, appearing for the respondents accept notice on behalf of all the respondents, no fresh notice need be served.
4. Major Dibakar Chandra producing a copy of the Awan Message, dated 16th June, 2016 submitted that the statutory complaint filed by the applicant on 16th November, 2015, is pending consideration by the MoD, and would be considered and disposed of in due course of time.
5. It has also been submitted that the apprehension of the applicant that the Selection Board for promotion would be held in this month or shortly, is misplaced, as no such schedule has been promulgated so far.
6. Be that as it may, the respondents are directed to file their counter affidavit, annexing the orders that may be passed on the statutory appeal filed by the applicant on 16th November, 2015 by 24.08.2016.
7. The respondents shall also produce the relevant records for perusal by the Tribunal.
8. List on 24th August, 2016.
9. A copy of the aforesaid communications dated 16th June, 2016 as well as Awan Message are kept on record.
