Col Anand, OIC, AFT Legal Cell, submits that the records could not be produced today as the Officer, who is supposed to come with the records, has to attend the Hon`ble Supreme Court in connection with a Civil Appeal. Col Ananda, therefore, submits that the O.A. may be taken up tomorrow so that the relevant records could be produced before the Tribunal.
