2. Mr. C.Barua, learned Counsel for the respondents, on instruction has submitted that the applicant may apply for re-enrolment into the IAF as he was medically invalidated out from service. It has also been submitted that if by following the procedure laid down in that respect the applicant files an application, the same would be considered by the respondents in terms of the communication dated 4th May, 2011 as well as in terms of the Air Force Act.
3. The respondents are yet to file counter affidavit.
4. That being the position, the respondents shall file their counter affidavit incorporating the aforesaid submissions before the next date fixed.
5. List on 23.08.2016, when an attempt may be made to take up the O.A. for final disposal.
