Heard Ms Rita Devi, learned Counsel for the applicant and Mr. N.Baruah, learned Central Govt. Standing Counsel, assisted by Col Anand, OIC, AFT Legal Cell, appearing for the respondents.
2. Mr. Baruah, learned Counsel appearing for the respondents placing on record the PPO dated 4TH July, 2016 has submitted that the order passed by this Tribunal on 30.06.2015 in O.A.26/2014 has been complied with and hence the C.A. may be closed.
3. Learned Counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that in view of the aforesaid submissions advanced by the learned Counsel for the respondents and issuance of the PPO dated 4th July, 2016, the C.A. may be closed giving liberty the applicant to approach the Tribunal in case the amount due and payable under the said PPO is not credited to the applicant`s bank account.
4. Having regard to the aforesaid submissions advanced the C.A. stands closed with liberty to the applicant to approach again in case the amount is not credited in his account.
5. Copy of the aforesaid PPO dated 4th July, 2016 is placed on record.
6. C.A. is accordingly closed.
