1. Ms Rita Devi, learned counsel for the appellant submits that the application seeking amendment of the pleadings in the TA would be filed on Friday next (22.7.2016). The learned counsel, therefore, submits that on the next date fixed, the application seeking amendment of the pleadings as well as the TA may be taken up for final hearing.
2. Mr. DC Chakravarty, learned CGSC appearing for the respondents has no objection in this regard.

3. In view of the above, the appellant shall file application seeking amendment of the pleadings in TA by Friday next (22.07.2016).
4. List the case for hearing on 23.08.2016, when the aforesaid application, if filed, along with TA would be taken up for final hearing.
5. Respondents shall produce the records for perusal on the next date fixed.
