ORDER

22.08.2016 Heard Mrs U.Zeeham, learned Counsel for the applicant and Mr. N.Baruah, learned Central Govt. Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.

2. Having heard the learned Counsel for the parties and upon perusal of the averments made in the application, we are of the considered opinion that the applicant was prevented by sufficient cause in not appearing before this Tribunal on 19.7.2016 when the O.A.(A) 13/2014 was taken up for hearing.

3. In view of the above, the order dated 19.7.2016 passed in the application is recalled. The O.A.(A) 13/2014 is restored to its file along with the original number.

4. M.A. 20/2016 is accordingly disposed of.
