ORDER
22.08.2016
1. Heard Ms.Rita Devi, learned counsel appearing for the applicant.
2. The OA is admitted for hearing.
3. On the oral prayer made by Ms.R.Devi, learned counsel for the applicant, Zilla Sainik Board, Barpeta District, Barpeta is impleaded as party Respondent No.4(A). Registry to make necessary correction.
4. Issue notice on the respondents.
5. Since Respondent Nos. 1,2,3, 4 and 4(A) are represented by the Mr. C.Baruah, learned CGSC, no fresh notice need be issued to the said respondents.
6. Respondent No.5 shall be served by speed post with acknowledgement due. Required steps shall be taken by the applicant by 24.08.2016
7. List on 20.09.2016 with report relating to service on Respondent No.5.
8. Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 (A), in the meantime, shall file their pleading.
