1. Heard Mr.H.Chandrakumar, learned counsel appearing for the applicant.
2. Issue notice on the respondents.
3. Since all the respondents are represented by Mr. N.Baruah, learned CGSC, no fresh notice need be issued.
4. The respondents, within six weeks from today shall file the affidavit.
5. The applicant may file rejoinder affidavit within two weeks thereafter.
