ORDER
23. 08.2016 In view of the order passed today in M./A. 22/2016 the applicant shall file the amended O.A. with copy to the learned Counsel appearing for the respondents within a week from now.
2. The respondents may file additional counter, if so advised, within 4 (four) weeks thereafter.
3. List the case for hearing on 02.11.16 when the respondents shall produce the relevant records, including the records of COI, SOE and the Court Martial proceedings for perusal by the Tribunal.
