ORDER
20.09.16 Heard Mr. A.R.Tahbildar, learned Counsel for the applicant.
2. Issue notice.
3. Since the respondents are represented by Mr. C.Barua, learned Central Govt. Standing Counsel, no fresh notice need be issued.
4. The respondents within six weeks from now shall file their counter affidavit enclosing thereof the PPO, if any, issued to the applicant relating to the disability pension.
5. The applicant may file rejoinder, if any, within a week thereafter.
6. List for order on 28.11.2016 when attempt may be made to take up the O.A. for final disposal.
