1. Mr.C.Baruah, learned CGSC submits that the statutory appeal filed by the applicant on 16.9.2015 has been decided vide order dated 22.6.2016 against the applicant.
2. Mr.Baruah, has placed on record a copy of the said order. Copy has also been furnished to the learned counsel appearing for the applicant.
3. Learned counsel for the applicant, in view of the above, prays for 6 weeks time to file appropriate application seeking amendment of the pleadings in the OA.
4. The prayer is allowed.
5. Such application seeking amendment shall be filed within a period of 6 weeks from now.
6. List on 29.11.2016 for order for consideration of the application seeking amendment, if filled.
