Heard Mr. R.Mazumdar, learned Counsel for the applicant.
2. Issue notice.
3. Since the respondents are represented by Mr. N.Baruah, learned Central Govt. Standing Counsel, no fresh notice need be issued.
4. Mr. N.Barua, learned CGSC on instruction has submitted that against the order dated 28.,4.2016 passed in O.A. 4/14 an SLP has already been filed on 9th September, 2016 before the Hon`ble Supreme Court which is likely to be taken up for consideration shortly.
5. In view of the above, the respondents, on the next date fixed, shall apprise this Tribunal about the outcome of the a foresaid SLP stated to have been filed before the Hon`ble Supreme Court. The respondents shall also provide the proceeding number filed before the Hon`ble Supreme Court.
