1. Ms.Peyonka Saikia, learned counsel has submitted that she has been engaged by the applicant today to argue the case and hence, she may be granted some time for the purpose.
2. Having regard to the fact that the learned Senior counsel engaged in the case had unfortunately expired and a new counsel has been engaged by the applicant, we adjourn the case till 09.01.2017 for hearing.
