ORDER

07.11.2016.

1. Heard Ms. Peyonka Saikia learned counsel appearing for the applicant and Brig. N. Deka (Retd) learned CGSC assisted by Col Anand, OIC, Legal Cell, AFT, Guwahati appearing for the respondents.

2. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and upon perusal of the order dated 26.08.2016 passed by this Tribunal in OA No. 14 of 2016, we do not consider it to be a fit case to grant leave to appeal to the Hon’ble Supreme Court, as in our considered opinion no question of law of general public importance is involved in the said order.

3. Hence the prayer for leave to appeal to the Hon’ble Supreme Court under Section 31 of the AFT Act, 2007 stands rejected.

4. MA stands dismissed.
