ORDER
07.11.2016.
1. Heard Mr. T. Deori learned counsel appearing for the applicant and Mr. C. Baruah, learned CGSC assisted by Col Anand, OIC, Legal Cell, AFT, Guwahati appearing for the respondents.
2. The OA is admitted for hearing.
3. Since Mr. C Baruah, learned CGSC, accepts notice on behalf of all the respondents, no fresh notice needs to be issued.
4. The respondents shall file counter within a period of four weeks from now. The applicant may also file rejoinder within a period of two weeks thereafter.
