1. Heard Mr. T. Deori learned counsel appearing for the applicant.
2. OA is admitted for hearing.
3. Since Brig. N. Deka (Retd), learned CGSC accepts notice on behalf of all the respondents, no fresh notice needs to be issued.
4. Respondents shall file counter within four weeks from now. The applicant may file rejoinder within two weeks thereafter.
