ORDER
09.11.2016.
1. Heard Mr. R.Mazumdar, learned counsel appearing for the appellant and Brig. N. Deka (Retd), learned CGSC, assisted by Col Anand, OIC Legal Cell, appearing for the respondents.
2. Issue Notice.
3. Since Brig. N. Deka (Retd), learned CGSC accepts notice on behalf of all the respondents, no fresh notice needs to be issued.
4. The MA will be taken up for consideration on 15.12.2016.
5. The Registry shall accordingly list the MA for consideration on 15.12.2016.
6. Respondents may file a short reply against the prayer for bail as well as suspension of sentence
7. List on 15.12.2016 for order.
