28.11.16 None appears for the applicant.
2. We have heard Col Anand, OIC, Legal Cell, AFT Guwahati appearing for the respondents.
3. Since the applicant has filed this application complaining that the directions issued vide order dated 01.04.2016 passed in O.A. 22/2015 has not been complied with as yet, we issue notice on the respondents.
4. The respondents being represented by Col Anand, no fresh notice need be issued.
5. List on 30.01.2017 for orders when the respondents shall produce proof of compliance of the directions contained in the aforesaid order, failing which a representative of the Secretary, Ministry of Defence, Govt. of India shall appear in person to explain the reason for non-compliance of the aforesaid order.
